Senior Proposals Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team at our Head Office based in Enfield, Middlesex.
The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & drafting our quality proposal documentation such as EOIs , RFIs , PQQs , and RFPs .
Key Accountabilities to include but not limited to:
- Drafting compelling bids, with the coordination of proposal contributors input such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers and wider teams
- Support the creation of internal proposal management documents related to kick-offs and settlements
- Proofing and editing third parties bid responses, ensuring each document contains information required to create a successful, winning bid.
- Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissions
- Supporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information logging
- Monitoring and logging of tender opportunities through various procurement portals
- Other administrative duties where required, which may contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directors
Experience/Knowledge:
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working within a bid team
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and submitting proposal responses
- Competent in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Desirable Criteria:
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English
- APMP Certification is preferred but not essential
- Experience of working with bid submission and procurement portals
- Construction industry experience, preferably Civil Engineering
Skills:
As a Senior Proposals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of future projects. This includes supporting the wider bid team in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for construction opportunities.

- Excellent writing and grammar skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
