Senior Site Manager - Tier 1 Building Contractor - Perth, Scotland (9 month FTC) Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to step into a senior role with a Tier 1 Building Contractor? Or maybe you are a Senior Site Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a new company? We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Site Manager to join our client in Perth, Scotland. This is a full-time role, with 38.5 working hours per week, offering an excellent salary package and the opportunity to work on prestigious construction projects. Initially on a Fixed Term basis until July 2025, this role may also become a permanent position upon confirmation of additional project awards. Position Highlights: * Location: Perth, Scotland * Working Hours: 38.5 per week * Salary Range: £50,000 - £58,000 DOE, plus benefits Perks & Benefits: * Car Allowance * Private Healthcare * Mileage Coverage for home-to-work travel Key Responsibilities: As Senior Site Manager, you will lead the on-site team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, enforcing health and safety regulations, and overseeing day-to-day site activities.
