Your key responsibilities include assisting SEN students, helping them engage with lessons, and ensuring they receive the support they need. Whether you’re working 1:1 with a child or supporting a small group, your contribution will be essential in creating a positive learning environment. Application Requirements: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role. • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting SEN needs. • Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and work within a team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide tailored support for SEN students in Key Stage 1 and 2. • Collaborate with teachers to enhance student learning. • Assist in creating a calm, positive learning environment. • Offer 1:1 and small group support. • Help maintain classroom routines and student engagement.
