Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include: * Managing all costs associated with modular construction and traditional design-build projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. * Preparing essential documentation such as tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities to effectively control project costs. * Evaluating cost variations and providing regular financial reports to all relevant stakeholders.
