Your duties will include both pre- and post-contract tasks such as cost estimation, budget planning, preparing contracts and tender documents, financial reporting, and facilitating client and site meetings. The Quantity Surveyor The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying within a consultancy or cost management setting Actively working towards or already achieved MRICS Excellent communication and leadership abilities Strong experience in pre-contract processes Proven experience on projects within the built environmentIn Return?
