Chef de Partie - Bicester

PRS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie based at a site in Bicester, Oxfordshire.  Permanent role based on £28,626 p.a. working a rolling shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off – hours are from 7am to 5.30pm. This role is suited to a Chef with a conscientious and innovative approach who will develop and has the commitment to deliver exceptional service in line with our customers and client demands. This is a customer facing role and requires a proactive individual. Working as part of a larger brigade, with a minimum of 4 chefs on shift per day, you will be providing breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 1100 people. In addition to the chef team, you will have extra assistance from KPs and food service staff. Key requirements:NVQ Level 2 - Culinary or equivalent (preferable, but training can be given)Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (preferable, but training can be given)Full security vetting and DBS applies which will be carried out by the client.
