Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor

Our client provides high-quality services in Project Management and Quantity Surveying / Employer s Agent work to a prestigious client base, showcasing strong expertise in industrial and commercial projects, as well as sectors such as education and leisure. They are currently seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join their team based in or around the Birmingham, Bristol, or Northampton areas.

Our ideal candidate:

• Experienced Senior Project Surveyor (minimum 2 years) with a client-side background
• Experience in the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
• Candidates will either have achieved a professional qualification or be actively working towards one. Our client has a strong record of supporting candidates through both the RICS and MCIOB routes to chartership
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A natural drive to succeed our client aims to achieve great things
• A self-starter attitude; you will need to be determined, motivated, and able to think creatively and use your initiative
