Purchase Ledger Administrator

We have an exciting role for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our client in South Ayrshire on a permanent basis. Your role will be to support the finance team by carrying out processing of purchase invoices and other finance duties Your responsibilities will include: * Processing and reconciling supplier invoices * Query supplier invoices * Reviewing, matching and checking invoices to ensure accuracy * Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger * Investigating purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice queries * Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.
