Our client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their dealership in Stevenage.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality work.

Role Responsibilities:

The Workshop Controller will oversee daily workshop operations, support technicians in meeting performance targets, assist service managers in ensuring high-quality customer service, and contribute to profitability and customer retention goals.
Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience working as a Workshop Controller, ideally in a main dealer setting
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• A collaborative mindset, resilience under pressure, and a focus on customer service excellence

The Package:

A basic salary of 30,000- 34,000 + company benefits!
