• Location: Theale, Reading, RG7 4AD
• Salary: 12.34 (06:00 - 17:00) + (10:30 - 21:30) 12.69 per hour
• Hours of Work: Varied hours over a 4-day working week. Shifts include 06:00 - 17:00 or 10:30 - 21:30, with Saturdays scheduled from 07:00 - 18:00. The position requires working 3 Saturdays out of every 5.

As a Porter/Driver's Mate, you will be essential in providing a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process for our customers. This non-driving position offers valuable experience and an opportunity for a permanent role with a well renowned company.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Begin your day by safely loading the delivery vehicle. Support the driver in the installation and assembly of appliances, TVs, and furniture, following site protocols.
• Customer Service: Contact customers 30 minutes before arrival. Deliver items to the specified room and assist with any booked services, such as installing and disconnecting white goods and assembling flat-pack furniture.
• Completion of Tasks: Ensure that any packaging is taken away if requested. Report any incidents or accidents to the management team immediately and maintain a professional attitude throughout the delivery process.
