About the role: Curriculum Manager
The Curriculum Manager will lead the award winning online faculty, overseeing the Distance Learning, Access to HE, and Higher Education online provision.
Reporting to the Group Director for online faculty, the successful candidate will provide strong leadership in curriculum development and design, creating an engaging learning environment aligned with our Learning philosophy.
What do you need to be a successful Curriculum Manager at Activate Learning?
As the Curriculum Manager, you will;
- Have proven leadership experience achieved at a Faculty Management level, together with a thorough understanding of what makes for excellent evidence-based teaching, learning and assessment and how to monitor it effectively.
- Have a proven track record of driving up standards and outcomes for learners and together with a teaching qualification, will possess highly developed practitioner skills that demonstrate leading-edge practice in the delivery of teaching and learning.
- Demonstrate an inspiring and authentic leadership style, with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrate the attributes, behaviours and track record fundamental to our Learning Philosophy led culture which puts learners and learning at the heart of the organisation.
