The candidate: * Client facing with excellent written and verbal communication. * Method Statements/RAM's issuing. * Ability to motivate and instill confidence in your project team. * Budget/forecasting with QS. * Strong technical acumen for structural alterations. * Computer literate. * Excellent organisational skills
