The projects involve developing lots of new features for existing markets and new apps for new markets, so the work is diverse. In-depth expertise of Xamarin app development is essential, with demonstrable examples of apps you have worked on. Backend experience with C# / .NET and Azure cloud is also ideal. Experience of connected devices (Bluetooth, IoT, etc) would be great as well. A background of the full lifecycle from initial design to release is also essential The app team comprises of 4 developers currently and there is a lot of work to do!
