Plumber
My client, a reputable business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is actively seeking skilled plumbers to join their team on a commercial apartment project. They operate throughout the Midlands and the North of England, offering top-quality plumbing services for the construction industry.
Plumber Roles and Responsibilities
- Health and Safety: Must adhere to safety regulations and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others on the site.
- Installation and Repair: Responsible for installing and repairing water, gas, and heating systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in line with project specifications.
- Pipework: Fabricate and install various types of pipework (copper, PVC, steel) for plumbing and heating systems.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of all installed systems.
- Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing of installations to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Plumber Requirements
- Must have experience in commercial plumbing projects.
- Relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.
- JIB/CSCS Plumber Card.
- Comprehensive experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally for a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations and industry standards.
Plumber Benefits
- 22.00 per hour.
