Event Coordinator

Bond Radar, the leading provider of real-time intelligence on the international primary bond markets, is seeking a full-time Events Coordinator to support the company’s expanding events product. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organising, and executing events based in the City of London and Canary Wharf, tailored to professionals within the global financial markets. Responsibilities Plan, organise and execute upcoming international debt capital market events for Events Radar. Oversee budgets for all events. Liaise with vendors. Manage post-event reporting. Help co-ordinate social media campaigns for Events Radar. Organising internal and external meetings for Events Radar. Managing live webinars for upcoming events. The person we are looking for As an experienced Events Coordinator, you possess 3-5 years’ experience in event management logistics. Communication skills is a critical component of this role, so we are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in the creation and roll out of marketing campaigns and communications. Cross function and team collaboration. Internal and external stakeholder management. Exceptional organisational skills (experience in managing multiple events).
