Title: Delay Analyst Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Salary: £60-80,000 + package An exception opportunity has arisen for a Delay Analyst to join the growing team of a leading specialist consultancy who offer construction advice to major names in the construction industry. The Delay Analyst will be involved on an array of commissions for their clients, leading names in the UK construction industry who are involved on a wide variety of projects. They will be responsible for providing their clients with effective claims advice, based on detailed and thorough forensic examination and analysis of project information and data. Duties will include; providing the analysis of delay and disruption events, providing delay impact analysis programmes and associated documentation to substantiate additional time and the effect of compensation events, schedule/programme analysis, assessing delay and disruption damages, forensic analysis of tender, contract and claims documentation. Candidate Hold a construction related qualification - Degree / HND / HNC Basic understanding of construction planning principles and methodologies. Experience in Forensic Planning / Delay Analysis Familiarity with planning software tools Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project stakeholders and team members. Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
