Legionella Risk Assessor Key Responsibilities:
* Perform detailed Legionella Risk Assessments in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 & HSG274.
* Ensure statutory compliance across all sites.
* Develop strategic action plans for sites that fall short of L8 standards.
* Conduct regular competency audits and proactively identify upsell opportunities for additional services.
* Perform temperature monitoring and other essential water hygiene services.
* Use Visio to create accurate schematic drawings (full training provided).
* Deliver Legionella Awareness Training to clients, boosting their knowledge and compliance.
Legionella Risk Assessor Requirements:
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
* In-depth understanding of water hygiene services and Legionella management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with digital compliance systems.
* Experience delivering training is a plus but not essential.
