Drainage Engineer

What does the role include? Providing a variety of services related to drain cleaning, clearing, repair, and upkeep for our clients Using high-pressure water jetting equipment while adhering to strict safety regulations Conducting surveys Delivering outstanding customer service and technological know-how utilising a variety of custom internal/client systems and applications to accurately record work/job details Maintain open lines of communication with coworkers at the Metro Rod Support Centre and prominent domestic and commercial clients to guarantee that top-notch customer assistance is always given. Taking part in an on-call schedule to assist in providing 24/7/365 day-round client care. This could last one to four weeks, depending on the demands of the firm. What kind of experience is desired? Experience with high pressure water jetting Experience in surveys Two years at least in commercial drainage Outstanding capacity to solve problems and possess strong technical knowledge Maintain a cheerful, adaptable, and can-do attitude.
