Logistics Operative (Forklift)

Abatec is currently looking for a Logistics Operative for our client based in Weston-Super-Mare. Forklift licence required. * £14.00- £14.50 per hour * Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm * Overtime available * Permanent position The Forklift Logistics Operative will assist the Logistics Manager with all elements of the Dispatch and Core/Yard functions. Helping to check, process & transact incoming and outgoing goods in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, and within the agreed time frames of company KPI’s. As a Logistics Operative you will; * Move stock around the site using a forklift truck * Adhere to site health and safety at all times. * Take delivery of stock and allocate stock accordingly * Fill out relevant paperwork when taking deliveries * Liaise with supervisors regarding daily duties * General warehouse and manual handling where required Our client is seeking a candidate with; * Counterbalance FLT licence (Essential) * Previous logistics, stores and warehouse experience * Experience working in a production environment If you would like more information, or to apply for this vacancy, please click to apply or call Abatec on (phone number removed)
