About the role: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, particularly larger, high-value clients. Act as the main point of contact, providing strategic advice and expert support to veterinary professionals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Leverage data to drive customer engagement, identify new opportunities, and boost growth. Stay current with veterinary industry trends and expand your professional network to support client development. About you: Experience in the veterinary sector, either as a vet or within a practice. Proven track record in B2B account management, with a strong focus on delivering results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Analytical mindset, using data to build stronger client relationships and identify growth potential. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while being a team player. Package: Competitive salary with commission based on account performance. 25 days holiday, plus additional benefits including private medical cover. Hybrid working model – based in Cambridgeshire 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for the right candidate.
