Brand Acceleration Manager

Soft drinks is an exciting, fast paced and always evolving category. At CCEP we already have some of the biggest brands in soft drinks and we continue to bring new brands and innovation to market offering choice and value to shoppers and our customers. The Commercial Development team are key to driving the brand portfolio through best in class activation in stores and online.
Understanding the brand objectives and shopper insights enables Brand Acceleration Managers working directly with the Coca Cola Company to bring to life the key brand moments and events for the customer and the consumer. Ensuring that we keep to key milestones throughout the process, we hit customer deadlines and requirements and deliver the most effective content for our national account, commercial and Field Sales Team to activate the plan and ultimately ensuring we review the effectiveness of what we have delivered.
Brand Accleration Managers are accountable in direct collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company for key campaigns for CCEP, delivering the Brand and key moment activation toolkit and the core selling materials and working collaboratively with others in the Commercial Development team, Commercial and Field Sales teams, R&MGM, Category and of course our customers is key to delivering great execution. There is also accountability in the future strategic direction for the portfolio of brands.
What to expect:
You will manage specific campaigns + brands for CCEP through the CBP and AGM process whilst supporting other functions in all elements of ABP delivery
You would understand the shopper barriers & triggers to purchase and CCEP activation priorities as well as the key trends and competitor landscape. You will share this knowledge directly with The Coca-Cola Company, Commercial Development and Sales, R&MGM and Category.
You will work collaboratively with Commercial Development, National and Field Sales to provide all of the relevant shopper and brand toolkits and Sales materials to meet the defined ABP metrics
You will setup and manage ongoing the brand performance scorecards as well as evaluate innovation & initiatives within the portfolio, as well as course correct for products, packs or brands.
You will understand the commercial implications of decisions in order to make the right future judgements on the best way to unlock the best in class activation ensuring activation is aligned to Commercial priorities.
There will be a focus on the future development of brands in the portfolio through understanding opportunities, headroom and barriers
Skills & Essentials:
To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate excellent planning skills; analytical; great communication, commercially focused and be confident in communicating with key stakeholders and customers. An ability to understand the needs of across a range of stakeholders and making fact based recommendations will be critical. Experience gained from working within a customer facing role in Shopper Marketing, National Sales, RGM or Category Development is a must. You will need to have excellent project management skills and be comfortable leading high profile stakeholders through the processes you create.
