What will the Senior Financial Accounting Manager role involve? Overseeing accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting. Ensuring financial statements adhere to IFRS/UK GAAP or other appropriate standards. Driving business change and participating in group-wide projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, attending client meetings, and liaising with auditors. Developing and enhancing team procedures, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and contributing to the development of training programmes. Suitable Candidate for the Senior Financial Accounting Manager vacancy: ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent knowledge of industry legislation and regulatory requirements. Exceptional understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, NAV calculations, and capital statements. Proven experience in managing and developing accounting teams, with strong client service skills.
