As the Contract Surveyor you will assist the with the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed, responsive maintenance and refurbishment service whilst ensuring expenditure is kept within budgets. Working closely with our joint venture partnership team, Avela Home Service, you will carry out surveys and inspections on customers homes and assist with preparing specifications and schedules of work. Youll effectively monitor the repairs of both our occupied and empty properties and represent SLH at all programme site meetings. Please view the Job Description attached for further details. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate for this role will have a HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent experience and have experience working within the social housing property and investment sector. Youll have strong knowledge of Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 as well as an understanding of excellent customer care.
