Senior Product Manager, Logistics Insurance and Claims (Hiring Immediately)

Logistics Insurance team is part of the Last Mile Delivery and Technologyorganization, and we are responsible for designing, launching, and managingthe insurance product strategy for our third-party delivery providers aroundthe world across all of the various use cases. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and deliver product developments andfeature innovations across our insurance products in EU, APAC, and MENAregions, partnering with other product leads to develop a vision, building aroadmap, and collaborating with key partner teams to deliver world-classinsurance products to our third-party delivery providers. You will act as asubject matter expert, simplifying the complex insurance distribution andpricing strategies with leadership and aligning diverse stakeholders to yourproduct roadmap. You will also develop and execute on metrics and mechanisms,and you will be able to show regular performance of the insurance products andidentify areas of investment to drive impactful changes. You will have regularsenior and executive leadership visibility, and will crisply communicate yourroadmap to drive alignment with leadership and partner teams. About the team At Logistics Insurance, our mission is to create and optimize business-critical insurance programs for Amazon’s global last mile and middle milelogistics networks. We do this by creating insurance programs that protect andsupport the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner withAmazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed, and reliability for ourcustomers. We measure our success through improvements in financials,operational insurance and claims metrics, and the impact we deliver for ourcommunity members’ businesses. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree or equivalent - Experience owningdriving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Experience with product cycles of 6+ months - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, businessdevelopment or technology ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
