Operations Manager

I am currently looking for an Operations Manager in Ealing to work for a well established social housing contractor. This is a permanent role, where you will be overseeing the reactive repairs, voids and planned works team. As the Operations Manager you will be: • Oversee and manage the delivery of repairs, voids and planned works within a stock size of 39,000 homes • Collaborate with the service lead manager to align administrative and financial processes with operational goals and objectives • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Analyse data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support and development opportunities • Ensure administrative processes are efficient, compliant and supportive of operational objectives • Develop sustainable key Client/Stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high quality of customer engagement and involvement • Review, monitor and control Branch/Contract performance to ensure delivery of P&L is in line with or exceeding agreed budget levels I am looking for an Operations Manager who: Has proven relevant industry experience in a similar role Relevant industry experience working within social housing and with local authorities Relevant qualifications Excellent organisational and time management skills, being able to work well under pressure In return, as the Operations Manager you will receive: £65,000 - £80,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Car allowance 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Permanent work Pension scheme Various other benefits If you're interested in this role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed)
