We are looking for an entrepreneurial-based sales leader who knows how to lead and inspire a team for our brand new Manchester office. You must have experience leading a sales team of 60 sales consultants to multi-figure revenue each month with consistent delivery. Expected Salary: £85,000-£230,000 (Base Salary a Revenue Share of the Business) We are the UK’s fastest-growing property investment company and are looking for an experienced business partner to join and grow the Manchester office in order to help take the business to new heights. We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Tele-Sales Manager who can make a significant impact and lead our sales team to success. Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of 5 team leaders who each have 8 sales consultants under them. Manage and mentor: Team of 80 sales consultants, ensuring they achieve individual and team targets. Call Monitoring: Review sales agents' calls to ensure high quality and effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and boost sales performance on a daily basis. Daily Morning Meetings: Lead energising morning meetings to inspire the team, prep for a successful sales day, and spotlight immediate improvement areas from the day before. Managerial Meetings: Analyse sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights Foster a results-driven environment: hold the team accountable for their performance, such as by maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time on the phone daily. Skills: A minimum of 4 years of tele-sales management experience Having a track record of growing a business Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team Have a natural ability to build rapport with other people  Desired Skills Experience or knowledge in property sales
