Paid Media Manager

As a Paid Media Specialist, you ll develop strategy to build and manage the day-to-day implementation and optimisation of paid media activity for multiple clients, across PPC, paid social, remarketing and other paid channels.

It will be down to you to build, develop and nurture the Paid Ads Team to help deliver ongoing and successful campaigns with the overall objective of
delivering ROI.

What you ll do

• Work alongside the company Director to develop and deliver the Paid Ads Strategy
• Lead Paid Social campaigns for clients, specialising in Facebook Ads, PPC and other platforms.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives within the Paid media channel.
• Lead in planning and managing budgets for paid social clients cross-platform.
• Develop and track new tests including ad copy, landing pages, images, ad types and more.
• Reporting paid media campaigns, analysis of effectiveness across brand and performance. A key aspect of your role is to have a solid understanding of brand metrics, CRO, and ROI analysis.

What you ll need:

• Experience in Paid Social / Media / Ads campaign management
• Experience optimising paid social campaigns to meet performance objectives
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Result-orientated with a clear focus on return of investment
