Digital Campaign Manager - £40,000 - £50,000 p/a - Hybrid Working Christopher Ali are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing technology business working with a range of High Street brands, collecting data for them and providing insights to support their decision making. They are looking for a talented, creative and caring Digital Campaign Manager to join them on their journey and help them achieve their ambitious growth targets. The Role : As a Digital Campaign Manager you will plan, create, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will need to be a strategic thinker who thrives on building multichannel campaigns for high profile clients. You will have the responsibility of recruiting and engaging with a community to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful brand awareness, lead generation and retention campaigns. What you'll do : Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement multichannel, data-driven and targeted digital marketing campaigns to recruit new customers to support job completion targets. Channel Management: Execute campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, Discord, company platforms, search engines and display advertising. Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance metrics, identify trends and make data-drive adjustments to optimise outcomes and ROI. Content Creation: Create and curate UGC content to engage and up-skill our community on how to complete jobs right first time. Community Management: Proactively manage the company community to create brand advocates with a positive sense of belonging.Engage our members with the company mission to be the leading platform for data-driven insight (from in-store product tracking to service evaluation and brand activation). Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team, Ops Team and Community Team to understand and activate campaigns meeting deadlines and completion targets. Collaborate with our Tech Team to optimise our app experience for sector leading NPS scores. Skills and Experience : 3 years of experience in digital campaign & digital community management. Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools. A deep understanding of at least three of the following digital marketing specialisms: SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Community Management. Ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects is a must. About You : Great team player. Expertly organised. Proactive work ethic with a bias for action – do now and ask later. Not fazed by change of pace and delivery.
