They offer a range of workplace wellbeing and counselling services to employees across the UK, including a 24/7 helpline, structured counselling, critical incident response, and mental health training. This full-time Lead Counsellor role offers a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £43,000. The role is hybrid, allowing for a balance of remote and on-site work. Their services include a 24/7 helpline, structured counselling, critical incident response, and mental health training. As the Lead Counsellor your responsibilities include: Providing clinical direction for the Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams Assisting in maintaining EAP Centre performance and meeting contractual quality standards Implementing clinical policies and procedures to meet EAPA Standards and clinical governance Participating in the recruitment and induction of new Telephone Counsellors and Telephone Information Specialists Managing the teams Clinical mailbox and addressing all enquiries Supervising and overseeing case management of Associate Counsellors and Specialist Practitioners Participating in case consultation and the management of complex client work Package and Benefits: The Lead Counsellor role comes with an attractive package: An annual salary of £40,000 - £43,000 A full-time, hybrid role allowing for a balance of remote and on-site work Opportunities for professional development and training The ideal candidate for the Lead Counsellor role should: Have a background providing clinical leadership Be familiar with EAPA Standards and clinical governance Have excellent communication skills for liaison with clients, customers, and Service Managers Be able to manage complex client work and case consultations If you've held similar roles such as Clinical Manager, Mental Health Lead, Counselling Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or EAP Manager, this Lead Counsellor role could be the next step in your career.
