Senior Systems Engineer £50k - £70k | Oxford, UK | Hybrid Platform Recruitment have partnered with a global leader in the space industry. Due to sustained success, they’re seeking an experienced Satellite Communications systems Engineer to join their team and work on cutting-edge satellite technologies. Main duties: • Generate system, sub-system, product, and software-level requirements and interface definitions • Perform satellite payload design trade-offs and analyze system-level performance • Support business development and proposal activities for multiple payload programs Skills and Experience Required: • Degree in a relevant engineering field (master’s or PhD preferred) • 3-5+ years of satellite communications technology experience • Strong knowledge of RF, phased array antennas, and digital signal processing • Ability to write proposals and present technical approaches clearly Bonus: • Experience with ESA processes and projects • End-to-end satellite communications payload design experience • Familiarity with phased array antennas and beam hopping If you feel like you have the right skills and experience please apply with an updated CV
