In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage and develop your own department, with direct access to the CEO. You’ll shape the future direction and recruitment strategy of the quality department while ensuring the business needs are met and maintaining top-notch defect return rates. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the quality department Ensure timely delivery of quality standards Build and develop a high-performing team Drive a culture of “right first time” across all products Oversee First Article Inspection Reports Maintain and update the Quality Manual Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and EN9100 standards Balance quality demands with business needs Supervise operators and verify each production step Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 Friday: 08:30 - 13:30 The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a highly regulated industry Ability to commute to Southampton or willingness to relocate (reasonable relocation assistance available) Existing right to work in the UK without sponsorship If you’re ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a significant impact in a leading aerospace manufacturing firm, we encourage you to apply!
