This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team that are expanding rapidly. Hours of work – Mon-Fri 06:00 am - 14:15pm Pay rates - £9.50 per hour Start date - Immediate starts available Location – Redditch Job type - Temporary ongoing leading to a permanent position for the successful candidate What does the role involve? * To operate and carry out duties to produce parts to the required quality standards ensuring your efforts increase efficiency and reduce scrap. * To inspect parts to ensure conformance to all quality standards and to highlight any issues to the Cell Team Leader as quickly as possible. * To ensure that data is accurately recorded on the relevant documentation and conforms to audit requirements. * Package goods in accordance with customer specifications whilst observing all Health and Safety procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and others. * Maintain standards of cleanliness within your workstation adopting the 5S principles. * Your role may require you to be flexible and to work on different projects and/or in different areas and to carry out any reasonable request to meet production and customer requirements. * Set an example through own actions to minimise Health, Safety and Environmental risks and identify and recommend to the HR Advisor systematic improvements to Health, Safety and Environmental controls where necessary.
