Microsoft Account Manager Up to £40,000 Bonus Hybrid – 2/3 days in office (UK wide locations) Are you ready to join one of the UK's most established Microsoft Partners, developing and managing some of the most exciting Microsoft Indirect CSP opportunities in the UK? ‍ Deliver growth and success in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program. ️ Collaborate with ITSP teams to drive reseller development. Provide expert guidance on licensing, training, and commercial growth. We’re looking for a Microsoft Indirect Specialist to join a top Microsoft Partner in the UK. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that supports enterprise and SMC customers, offering guidance on Microsoft products, licensing agreements, and incentive programs. What You’ll Be Doing As the Microsoft Indirect Specialist , you will: Develop and Manage Indirect CSP Business : Build relationships with resellers, manage key accounts, and offer upskilling through training events. Collaborate with ITSP Teams : Drive growth by engaging with internal and external teams, providing insights and support for Microsoft CSP offerings. Strategic Engagement : Understand Microsoft’s partner programs and incentives, ensuring resellers are empowered to grow their business. Budget and Commercial Management : Oversee indirect CSP budget and performance, ensuring consistent year-on-year growth. Market Insight : Stay ahead of the competition by understanding key competitors and differentiating your value proposition. What You’ll Need ✔ Experience : Previous experience in Microsoft sales, account management, or business development is essential. ✔ Certifications : MS900 is required; AZ900 & SC900 are preferred (or willing to achieve within the first 6 months). ✔ Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex solutions to a diverse audience. ✔ Organizational Skills : Time-management, prioritization, and attention to detail are key in this fast-paced role.
