My client is looking for a motivated Junior Teams Operations Manager to support their Teams department. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in the exciting world of motorsport and learn from a leading global championship. You’ll be working with our race teams and collaborating with various departments across the organisation. Key responsibilities: Support the Teams department with day-to-day operations and admin tasks. Assist with communication between teams and key stakeholders, including technical, event, and commercial teams. Help coordinate race schedules, team travel, and logistics for each event. Assist in managing team equipment (helmets, radios, spare parts, etc.). Support the setup and team preparations ahead of race events. Attend all race events and help with on-site operations. Assist in managing team owners and ambassadors. What we're looking for: Some experience working in Sports (events/sponsorship) or Motorsport environment - 1/2 years experience required Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. Interest in working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
