Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a PPC Lead who will be a Google Ads specialist for one of the fastest growing digital brands in the UK. As PPC Lead with a Google specialism, you will be responsible for owning their paid media offering across Google, developing new services and managing campaigns to ensure ongoing success for our ecommerce sites across their different brands. This is a role for a driven and success hungry individual who is not afraid to try new things and bring fresh thinking to the table when looking at advertising spend. You will embrace data and be driven by results which will directly feed into overall growth goals and strategy. As the business continues to grow so will the opportunity with this role. Initially working on both the strategy and the delivery, you will later get the opportunity to progress and build a specialist team around you. Key responsibilities for the PPC Lead * Carry out thorough audits to create and implement strategies that help them reach their ecommerce goals * Manage paid acquisition across a number of different brands * Conduct keyword research, budget planning and campaign structure * Create and optimise XML/CSV product feeds in Merchant Centre * Ensure the accuracy of conversion, event and goal tracking * Meticulously manage budgets and forecasts for advertising spend * Create insightful and analytical reports to highlight areas of improvement and identify new opportunities * Provide recommendations for split tests and other optimisations to improve performance * Be the owner of all of thier paid acquisition services specifically on Google * Work closely with their development team to improve landing page experiences and creative team for display ads where required PPC Lead experience we’re looking for * 2-3 years’ experience managing multiple advertising accounts or brands and adhering to budgets * Confident creating and presenting performance reports and delivering them to board * Confident in managing product feeds and configuring conversion tracking * Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or equivalent * Strong analytical skills to turn data sets and insights into actionable tasks * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and project management skills * Commercially minded, assisting with the growth of paid advertising – possibly in an agency model * Ecommerce and agency experience is desirable and preferred This role won’t be for everyone but for the most ambitious and drive Paid Media experts, this really is a role you must apply for.
