Our client is a Professional Services Company, based in Peterborough, who are looking for someone to join their Sales Team as a Sales Development Representative/Telesales Rep/Appointment Setter. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Position: Sales Development Representative
Full-Time, Office-based position.
Salary: up-to £29,(Apply online only) per Annum (DOE) + Bonus up-to £5(Apply online only) per annum
Reporting Structure: The Telesales Representative will report directly to the UK Sales Manager & Company Directors.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our clients services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment to sale.
- Follow up with leads and appointments as necessary to nurture relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and appointments scheduled.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or appointment setting.
- Thorough knowledge of sales processes relating to services industries.
- Previous experience in marketing and sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and other CRM software.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
