Sous Chef Restaurant

Looking for Sous Chef for a new opening Italian Restaurant Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea. You will work alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities including : Overseeing staff, Aiding with menu preparation, Ensuring food quality and freshness, Monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. You must have experiences with Italian Cuisine and similar role. Full time position, salary from £38K up to £40K based on experiences plus bonus. Restaurant will be open in a month time. You must have right to work in UK TPBN1_UKCT
