As a Marketing Manager based in our Warwick office, you’ll be responsible for:
Own the Marketing and lead on the delivery of the plan for our Infrastructure function, working collaboratively with sales, category, CRM, studio and digital teams – as well as agency partners - to ensure effective execution across all customer marketing touchpoints
Act as the brand guardian for the Infrastructure’s brands, ensuring that all activity is aligned to strategic positioning and vision
Manage brand and acquisition campaign activity to drive results, championing customer insight, maintaining personas and profiles that enable us to effectively segment and target customers through data-driven marketing activities
Own the marketing budget, as well as metrics and reporting, using the data to drive decision-making and deliver continuous improvement
Coach and manage a Marketing Assistant
This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with flex to work remotely 2 days a week.

Strong experience in B2B marketing across the full marketing mix, confident in building and delivering brand and marketing plans through both traditional and digital channels
Customer driven with proven experience of creating successful briefs and delivering campaigns
Experience of managing brands, delivering brand amplification activity
Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with agencies and creative partners
Great communication skills, data and insight-driven with a creative nature
