Yard Operative / Farm Operative - Nottinghamshire - Up to £30,000
Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £30,000+ per year (including rota & overtime)
Hours: 40+ hours per week, with weekend work on a rota basis
Perks: Overtime paid at time and a quarter, training provided, and continuous development opportunities
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate the potato washing system and assist with daily storage facility operations
- Load and unload potato and grain lorries efficiently
- Use forklifts, telehandlers, and caterpillar loaders (training provided) to move potato boxes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard and storage areas
- Shunt trailers on-site when required
- Ensure accurate paperwork is maintained
Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience working in a yard/farm/outdoors
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Forklift and telehandler experience preferred, but training will be provided
