Chief Marketing Officer – Europe/APAC – Up to $225k USD Plexus have partnered with an emerging player in the TON ecosystem, focusing on cross-chain compatibility and promoting wider DeFi access for the 900m telegram users. With this early-stage AppChain, they will expand both dev and user ecosystems with consumer use cases for the wider Web3 space. They are looking for a CMO to join their C-Suite. Responsibilities Full control of marketing strategy and execution, coming in as first key marketing hire, being able to executive leadership and bold ideas alongside a hands-on, contribution-heavy attitude Own both social media community marketing management, focusing on building engagement and communication in order to promote user acquisition and retention Own and lead all G2M strategies for any upcoming product/feature launches Requirements Proven track record of growing a DeFi-centric brand or platform, in any senior or lead marketing focused position In-depth understanding of the DeFi ecosystem blockchain landscape, particularly around the ETH space Experienced working for an early-stage project, delivering solid hands-on contributions in collaboration with a strategic mindset and leadership capabilities.
