Key Account Manager – Amazon & Pureplayers Do you have a deep understanding of managing digital wholesale accounts including Amazon, Next, Zalando others? Do you want to represent some world leading sports & fashion brands? Do you have the ability to add genuine value and grow into a team leader? MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Sports and Fashion Brand on the search for a Key Account Manager – Amazon and Pureplayers. This is a permanent role based in the London . As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the continued growth of the company’s Amazon account. Your primary focus will be developing and strengthening relationships, implementing effective sales strategies and driving revenue growth with a 360 view of Amazon. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact with Amazon's retail category, and advertising teams, fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Maximise new business opportunities while staying informed about market trends and competitive activities. Develop, deliver, and execute a joint business plan with all E-com strategic customers, including clear contingency strategies to meet business objectives. Oversee and manage Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) performance, ensuring alignment with internal metrics and goals. Act as a key stakeholder in retailer negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and outcomes. Support the definition of total channel budgets, targets, and strategies for the E-com channel, aligned with annual objectives, market trends, and promotional plans. Own day-to-day forecasting, stock management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for the e-com channel. Manage the Gross-to-Net (GTN) investment mix, including deal planning, terms negotiations, and AMS budget allocation. Ensure the collection of consistent, accurate data and statistics, working with internal and external teams to maintain efficiency across all locations. Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and management updates. Monitor and report on relevant competitor sales and marketing activities. Uphold the highest standards of integrity for the brand and company in all operational areas of sales. Drive a 360° approach to Amazon's business model opportunities (hybrid, seller, vendor), with a focus on advertising and strategic development. Who we are looking for? Deep understanding of Amazon’s processes, metrics, and best practices, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon. Strong business acumen with a proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with major E-com channel retailers. Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail, capable of crafting compelling commercial arguments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make decisions that drive improved KPIs and overall performance. Expertise in the e-commerce landscape, with hands-on experience driving growth in this channel. Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to leverage category insights to develop compelling, mutually beneficial growth plans.
