Job Specification: Labourer Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire Position: Labourer Contract Type: Full-time/Temporary Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join our team in Hinckley. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the project. Key Responsibilities: General Labouring: Assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Site Support: Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Material Handling: Assist in the management of materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and handling. Qualifications and Skills: Essential: Valid CSCS card. Previous experience in a labouring role within construction or a related field is preferred. Desirable: Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic and reliability. Good physical fitness and stamina.
