Oversee manufacturing processes within the department. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards. Collaborate with other department leads to achieve company goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training and development opportunities. Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team.Profile A successful 'Team Lead' should have: A degree in a Manufacturing field. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
