Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor based in Dorset. The contractor undertakes projects across a range of sectors including education, commercial, residential and leisure valuing typically up too £5mil. About this Quantity Surveyor role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a couple of projects from the early procurement phase through to final account. You will be responsible for monthly cost reporting to the Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Involvement in pre-construction activities Procurement Dealing with variations / valuations Final accounting sub-contract packages Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor: Experience administering JCT / NEC forms of contract Live within commutable distance to Verwood and be happy to commute to sites Full right to work in the UK This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who's looking to join an innovative business with room to progress.
