Team Lead – Field Engineer | Kidderminster | Onsite | £30,000 Are you a Field Engineer who is keen on technology and has experience with office moves and installations? I’m currently working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Kidderminster, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and support to businesses across various industries. The Role You will be a proactive and skilled Field Engineer with experience with hardware including office moves, decommissions, printer services and more. You will be a good communicator and have the ability to get the best out of a team. You will be working on customer sites providing expert support on a wide range of IT issues. You will need to be willing to travel and understand the importance of good customer service. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including repairs, installations, and upgrades. • Deliver and collect hardware from clients. • Work in a team on office relocations and hardware rollouts. • Set up printers and office hardware. • Lead a team and be proactive in talking with customers. About You • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers). • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. • Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure. • Clean driving license. • Clear DBS. • Preferably experience in leading a team, however would consider no experience for the right personality and someone looking to take the next step.
