This innovative cultural travel company are looking for a Client Relationship Assistant to join their busy team. You will manage and maintain client relationships, assisting with their requests.
Client Relationship Assistant Role and Responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone calls and emails
- Arrange client requests such as additional hotel nights and flight upgrades
- Confirm bookings and payments
- Proofing and dispatching client documentation
Client Relationship Assistant Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise, with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and genuine interest in the arts (classical music, art, architecture etc)
Client Relationship Assistant Key Benefits
