1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (SEN)
Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s learning journey? A fantastic primary school is looking for a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their close-knit community, supporting children with a range of SEN requirements. You'll start through Teaching Personnel, and after a probation period, you’ll have the chance to transition to a permanent contract directly with the school.

Previous experience working with children (in school, childcare, or similar settings) A positive, can-do attitude and a real passion for helping kids thrive A commitment to the school’s vision and values, which are all about support, inclusivity, and teamwork What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, adapting to their individual needs Working closely with teachers and staff to create a warm, supportive learning environment Helping the child grow academically and socially, all while encouraging their confidence and independence ASAP start pending safer recruitment vetting checks and a trial day with the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
