About the role: As the new EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding children through their foundational years. You will work with a group of eager, inquisitive learners, ensuring they are engaged, supported, and challenged through stimulating and interactive lessons. Using your creativity and experience, you will provide children with a solid foundation in literacy, numeracy, and social skills, helping them develop into confident, well-rounded individuals. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the Early Years curriculum, promoting a positive learning environment, and assessing and tracking each child’s progress. You will work closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, senior leaders, and parents to ensure every child’s needs are met. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. • A commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire young learners. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and supported. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and tailored support. • Work closely with teaching assistants to ensure every child receives the support they need. • Foster a love of learning and curiosity in children during their early development stages.
