The Retail Store Support and Operations Administrator is an important role that helps Scope’s retail shops and field teams by providing quick and helpful support. They make sure that everything is done well and on time, helping the retail team do their best work. With their help, the shops can run smoothly and serve customers better. Fixed term till 31 March 2025, 35 hours per week Location: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW with working from home 1 day a week The role The Retail Store Support and Operations Administrator is responsible for providing timely and relevant support to Scope’s retail shop and field management teams. Duties are to be carried out to a high standard and to timelines that support the demands of the retail team. About you We are looking for someone with: * Experience in supporting a new team, though a period of business change. * A proven track record in the planning and coordination of retail systems and processes. * Ability to remain flexible, working proactively to support changing retail field teams requirements. * Experience of customer service and customer complaints. * Strong communication skill, who is solution focussed who demonstrates a tenacity to support our shop teams. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, experienced in prioritising daily actions to react to the business needs. * Confidence in the use of excel, teams and Microsoft office. * A growth mindset, reviewing and simplifying process to drive improved efficiency. About working in our shops Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by a dedicated, creative and passionate bunch of superstars. And we raise much needed funds to deliver Everyday Equality for disabled people and their families. Shop hours It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So, some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full-time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
