HLTA - Enfield Are you an experienced and dedicated HLTA looking for an exciting opportunity to support an outstanding secondary school in the London Borough of Enfield? The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, helping with classroom management, providing individualised instruction to students, and helping to create a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential. Job Details - HLTA - Enfield Delivering learning activities to pupils, adjusting activities according to individual pupil learning styles and needs. This will involve, individual, group and whole class work, including supporting in the Inclusion Faculty with children identified with Special Educational Needs and disabilities (SEND), and may take place when the teacher is not present. Monitor and evaluate pupil responses to learning activities through a range of assessment and monitoring strategies. Record progress and achievement in lessons/activities systematically and provide evidence of range and level of progress and attainment. Provide objective and accurate feedback and reports as required on pupil achievement, progress, and other matters, ensuring availability of appropriate evidence. Undertake routine marking of pupil’s work and accurately record achievement/progress using the school’s agreed marking scheme. Administer and assess/mark tests and invigilate tests as required.Person Specification – HLTA – Enfield Able to meet the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant standards or have an equivalent qualification or experience. Ability to work autonomously with the confidence to take control of a classroom when needed.
